Job Title: SEO Specialist

Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic growth by improving search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility. This role will be responsible for executing SEO strategies, managing SEM campaigns, and optimizing website performance across major search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth keyword research and develop SEO-driven content strategies
• Optimize on-page SEO including meta tags, URLs, internal links, and content structure
• Execute off-page SEO including backlink building and outreach
• Conduct technical SEO audits to improve site speed, crawlability, and mobile performance
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
• Track competitor performance and industry trends
• Manage SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing to maximize ROI
• Prepare SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience in SEO optimization & website performance improvement
• In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Expertise in keyword research and competitor analysis
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly content strategies
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic level)
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
• Up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹192,033.35 - ₹600,454.42 per year
