SEO Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist who can lead our organic search strategy while also supporting paid advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and performance marketing, and understand how SEO and paid ads work together to drive leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
  • Plan SEO architecture for large-scale websites with hundreds of pages.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase organic traffic and lead generation.

2. Technical SEO

  • Perform complete technical SEO audits.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to:
  • Crawl errors
  • Indexing issues
  • Site architecture
  • Core Web Vitals
  • Mobile usability
  • Implement:
  • XML sitemaps
  • Robots.txt
  • Schema markup
  • Canonical tags
  • Redirect management
  • Work closely with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.

3. On-Page SEO Optimization

  • Optimize:
  • Title tags
  • Meta descriptions
  • Headings (H1–H6)
  • Internal linking
  • Image SEO
  • URL structures
  • Improve semantic SEO and topical authority.
  • Optimize existing content to improve rankings.

4. Content Strategy

  • Create SEO-driven content strategies.
  • Plan and structure:
  • Service pages
  • Location pages
  • Blog content
  • Landing pages
  • Work with writers to ensure SEO optimized content creation.

5. Google Ads Management

  • Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns including:
  • Search campaigns
  • Display campaigns
  • Remarketing campaigns
  • Perform keyword research for PPC campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve:
  • CTR
  • Conversion rate
  • Cost per conversion
  • Monitor Quality Score and ad performance.

6. Facebook / Instagram Ads

  • Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Create:
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Conversion campaigns
  • Retargeting campaigns
  • Optimize ads for audience targeting, cost efficiency, and conversions.

7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track performance using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • SEO tools
  • Ad platform analytics
  • Monitor:
  • Organic traffic
  • Keyword rankings
  • Ad conversions
  • Cost per lead
  • ROI
  • Create monthly performance reports.

8. Link Building & Authority Growth

  • Develop white-hat backlink strategies.
  • Identify high-quality link opportunities.
  • Monitor backlink profile and remove toxic links.

9. Team Collaboration

  • Work with:
  • Developers
  • Designers
  • Content writers
  • Marketing team
  • Ensure SEO and paid marketing strategies are aligned.

Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in SEO
  • Experience managing large websites and multiple landing pages
  • Proven experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management
  • Experience working with WordPress websites

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Local SEO campaigns
  • Experience managing multi-location websites
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Basic understanding of HTML / CSS

KPIs (Performance Indicators)

Performance will be measured based on:

  • Organic traffic growth
  • Keyword ranking improvements
  • Leads from organic search
  • Paid ad conversion rate
  • Cost per lead
  • ROI from marketing campaigns
  • Backlink profile growth

Monday to Friday, 06:00 pm to 02:00 am. Please note that it is an In-Person position and requires the candidate to be physically present in our Lahore Office.
