SEO Specialist

We are hiring an experienced Senior Local SEO Specialist to manage and grow local SEO campaigns for service-based businesses.

This role focuses on building a strong SEO strategy for clients followed by ongoing monthly execution and optimization. We have a workflow template for this process already.

Responsibilities

Build and manage local SEO strategies

Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP)

Improve local rankings and organic traffic

Create and optimize city/service pages

Publish SEO blog content

Perform keyword research and competitor analysis

Manage citations and NAP consistency

Handle on-page and basic technical SEO tasks

Track rankings, leads, calls, and conversions

Build quality local backlinks

Prepare monthly reports and updates

7+ years of Local SEO experience

Experience with GBP optimization

Strong understanding of local SEO and content strategy

Familiar with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics

Strong communication and organizational skills

40 hours per week

Base salary + performance bonuses

Long-term opportunity

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per hour
