Job Overview

SourceTek is hiring an experienced SEO Specialist for one of its clients based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO, hands-on experience managing international SEO projects, and a proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure for improved search engine performance.
• Execute and manage off-page SEO activities, including link-building campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with development teams to resolve website issues.
• Monitor website performance, rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO and analytics tools.
• Analyze and report on SEO campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO techniques.
• Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery of SEO objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional SEO experience.
• Agency-side experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience working on international SEO campaigns.
• Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience working across multiple niches and industries.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, link building, and website analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
