This role is for an SEO strategist who can work directly with our content team to optimize every blog, build backlink strategy, and grow consistent, qualified traffic over time.

Your Tasks:

• Perform on-page SEO audits for 50+ blogs across parenting, relationships, conflict, self-esteem, finance, and leadership
• Optimize metadata, headlines, keywords, image tags, internal linking, and mobile readability
• Set up keyword tracking dashboards
• Build backlink outreach lists
• Recommend blog topics based on low competition / high search intent
• Monitor Google Analytics and adjust blog strategies monthly

Ideal Experience:

• Proven history of getting blogs to rank (show examples)
• Familiarity with WordPress, Surfer SEO, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Ahrefs
• Knows how to work with writers to get better titles, intros, and content structure
• Understands how to turn organic traffic into leads or clicks

Pay: $79,939.86 - $96,271.66 per year
