SEO Specialist / Digital Marketing Builder

About Us:
We are launching a new company focused on providing high-impact SEO services for small and mid-sized businesses. We’re looking for someone who can help build our SEO platform from the ground up and play a key role in shaping our offerings, processes, and results.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable SEO Specialist who can take ownership of building out our SEO service infrastructure. You will help create strategy, systems, workflows, templates, and measurable outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Research and track keyword performance
• Optimize website content, metadata, and structure
• Conduct site audits using platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Help build scalable workflows, templates, reports, and dashboards
• Identify and test new SEO tools and methodologies
• Collaborate on marketing and content initiatives
• Assist with client onboarding, strategy, and performance reporting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of SEO experience (agency or freelance preferred)
• Strong understanding of search algorithms and ranking factors
• Proficiency with SEO analytics tools
• Experience building or scaling SEO systems a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
