About the Position

3DEX Software Services is hiring a dedicated and hands-on SEO Specialist who believes in ethical, quality-driven SEO practices. This role is ideal for someone experienced in on-page optimization, content writing & blogging, guest posting, Google Business Profile management, and basic social media support.

We strictly follow white-hat SEO strategies and do not engage in spammy link building or backlink farms.

Key Responsibilities

1) On-Page SEO & Website Health

• Perform keyword research and content/topic planning
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and schema
• Coordinate with developers to improve Core Web Vitals
• Conduct competitor analysis using SEMrush
• Run technical SEO audits (indexation, crawlability, redirects, etc.)

2) Content, Blogging & Guest Posting

• Write or collaborate on blogs, landing pages, FAQs, and website copy
• Manage outreach for relevant, high-quality guest posting opportunities
• Ensure content follows E-E-A-T principles (expertise, authority, credibility, proper citations)

3) Google Business Profile (Local SEO)

• Optimize GBP listings including categories, services, posts, and reviews
• Maintain NAP consistency across platforms
• Manage local citations and improve local visibility

4) Social Media & Visual Support

• Create and publish SEO-supportive social media posts
• Design simple creatives using Canva

5) Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using GA4 and Google Search Console
• Monitor keyword rankings, CTR, and organic traffic growth
• Test SEO improvements and provide clear, actionable insights

Requirements (2–3 Years Experience)

• Strong expertise in on-page SEO and content writing/blogging
• Practical experience with SEMrush, GA4, and GSC
• Guest posting and outreach experience
• Basic knowledge of Canva
• Understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Nice to Have

• Experience creating SEO guidelines or playbooks
• Understanding of structured data and schema
• Experience supporting product or sales-focused content
