Job Description:
Webtronix is seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with 3+ years of experience in developing and executing high-impact SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, improving search engine rankings, and increasing conversions through data-driven SEO initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search performance.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Optimize website architecture, on-page elements (meta tags, headings, internal linking), and content structure for search engines.
- Perform technical SEO improvements including crawl optimization, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site speed enhancements.
- Build and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
- Monitor and report on SEO KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions.
- Use analytics tools to derive insights and continuously refine SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO best practices with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO strategies.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and structured data.
- Experience with site audits, backlink analysis, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience managing large-scale websites or enterprise SEO projects.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.).
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI best practices impacting SEO.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
