SEO Specialist (Real Estate)

Job Overview:

As a SEO specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing best industry practices for classified and real estate portals when it comes to SEO growth. You will be working closely with the Marketing team to bring forward new enhancements and features to Boli’s website, app and social media pages.

You will keep important stakeholders up to date with regards to the ever-changing landscape of SEO and accordingly refining the SEO strategy. Brainstorming SEO improvements, conducting R&D and digging into data to understand and propose the business value underlying each SEO project/campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, research, and document new SEO strategies and keywords
• Ensure seamless implementation of SEO efforts
• Keep track of project performance
• Stay organized and on top of each SEO task at hand
• Be aware of the changing landscape when it comes to SEO
• Be able to dissect technical SEO issues and propose solutions
• Dig into huge amounts of data to find issues and opportunities. Be able to do that by writing scripts and expressions where needed
• Perform backlink acquisition
• Analyze traffic trends on a daily basis with regards to engagement and conversion metrics
• Grow organic traffic and leads
• Conduct experiments to understand the modern-day SEO myths and theories
• Set up trackers in different tools for each campaign
• Conduct SEO Audits as per need

Qualifications:

• Experience: Atleast 6 to 8+ years in SEO and Google Ads management
• Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) and Google Ads
• Knowledge: Familiar with web design fundamentals, HTML, and content optimization
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a must
• Available immediately
