SEO SPECIALIST (Search Engine Optimization)

Are you skilled in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and passionate about driving organic traffic through high-quality content and strategic optimization? We are looking for a dedicated SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Expert who can manage our website's SEO performance, write daily optimized blogs, and generate organic leads through data-driven strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full scope of SEO from content creation to performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Write SEO-optimized blogs related to trending topics and relevant keywords in our niche.

Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Google Trends, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.

Perform daily website SEO audits and implement On-page & Off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Manage and analyze performance through Google Search Console and Google Analytics, identifying growth opportunities and resolving issues.

Regularly update website content for freshness and relevancy using WordPress.

Develop and execute authority-building strategies such as backlinking, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.

Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and continuously optimize for latest SEO trends.

Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with business goals and lead generation.

Eligibility Criteria

Must have 5 years of experience in SEO & Word press.

Strong command over WordPress, with a deep understanding of WordPress core functionalities, technical structure, and hands-on experience with themes and their customization.

Proven ability to design clean, professional, and conversion-focused landing pages that align with business goals and SEO best practices.

Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving WordPress technical issues, including common website errors and URL redirection issues (301, 302, broken links, etc.).

Solid understanding of XML sitemaps, including sitemap creation, management, and submission to search engines.

Ability to maintain optimal website performance and speed, ensuring fast load times and preventing performance drops through proper optimization techniques.

Proven experience in SEO writing, WordPress, and Google tools (Search Console & Analytics).

Completed a Digital Marketing or SEO-specific course from a recognized platform.

Solid understanding of On-page, Off-page SEO, and website authority-building techniques.

Experience in YouTube SEO will be a plus.
