MediaOfficers is looking for an SEO Specialist who understands both on-page and technical SEO, can perform in-depth keyword research, optimize websites for search engines, and coordinate with content and development teams to achieve rankings and traffic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and prepare SEO strategies for clients’ websites.
- Optimize on-page elements: titles, meta descriptions, headings, content structure, internal linking, and images.
- Handle technical SEO tasks like site audits, indexation issues, page speed, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, and robots.txt in coordination with developers.
- Plan content clusters, SEO content briefs, and coordinate with writers for SEO-friendly content.
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports and suggest action items.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Practical experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Ubersuggest, and WordPress SEO plugins (e.g., Rank Math, Yoast).
- Basic understanding of HTML, site structure, and page speed optimization concepts.
- Good written English and ability to create or review SEO-friendly content.
- Self-driven, analytical mindset with focus on measurable results.
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation workflows (e.g., using tools like n8n) for reporting or SEO tasks.
- Knowledge of schema markup, local SEO, and SEO for blogs, ecommerce, or SaaS.
