We provide scrap car removal and sustainable auto recycling services, while continuously expanding our digital presence. To support this growth, we are hiring an SEO Specialist with strong Google Ads experience to manage paid campaigns and boost our online visibility.

Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven digital marketer who is skilled in both SEO and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience managing search engine campaigns and optimizing websites for organic growth. You will play a key role in generating quality leads, managing ad budgets, and improving our overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing).
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis for both SEO and PPC.
• Optimize website content, on-page SEO, and landing pages for higher rankings and conversions.
• Conduct regular A/B testing on ads and page elements.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, organic traffic) and provide reports.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO and Google Ads policies, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize ad spend for ROI.
• Excellent written and spoken English (Required).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated.
• Must be available to work Canadian business hours (EST):
• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
• Sat: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
