My Social Practice is a marketing agency providing integrated social media and digital marketing solutions, training, and ongoing support for dental and vision practices worldwide. We’re seeking a skilled, driven, and detail-oriented SEO Strategist to lead the SEO efforts for a high-profile, multi-location client.

This role focuses on implementing advanced SEO strategies to deliver measurable results. The SEO Strategist will oversee comprehensive SEO initiatives, including technical SEO, content creation and optimization, and link building, while collaborating closely with the client’s website team to drive performance improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and implement a tailored SEO strategy to improve rankings, traffic, and visibility for a single multi-location client.
• Technical SEO: Conduct audits, identify site performance issues, and coordinate with developers or the client’s website team to ensure fixes are implemented.
• Content Management: Lead the creation, optimization, and publication of high-volume, keyword-rich content aligned with SEO objectives.
• Local SEO Optimization: Oversee updates to Google Business Profiles, manage weekly posts, and enhance Yext listings to maintain consistent, accurate local SEO presence.
• Link Building: Manage outsourced link-building efforts, review completed content, and ensure alignment with quality and relevance standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reports to the client and internal team.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with the client, ensuring open communication and seamless execution of projects.

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience managing SEO for multi-location businesses or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, link building, local SEO, and content strategies.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Yext, and Google Business Profiles.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement actionable strategies.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Experience writing and optimizing large volumes of content for SEO.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of dental, orthodontic, or healthcare industries is a plus.
