Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Strategist who can own and drive our organic growth end-to-end. This role goes beyond execution — we need someone who can analyze, plan, strategize, and optimize SEO across on-page, off-page, and technical aspects, aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and conversions
  • Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research to identify growth opportunities
  • Align SEO initiatives with content, product, and marketing teams

On-Page SEO

  • Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, URL structures, and UX for search intent
  • Guide content teams on SEO-driven content planning and optimization
  • Monitor performance of pages and continuously improve rankings and engagement

Off-Page SEO

  • Plan and manage link-building strategies focused on authority, relevance, and quality
  • Identify outreach, partnerships, and digital PR opportunities
  • Monitor backlink profiles and handle toxic links if required

Technical SEO

  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
  • Work closely with developers to resolve technical issues and implement SEO best practices
  • Ensure SEO compliance during site migrations, redesigns, and new feature rollouts

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership
  • Measure ROI and continuously refine strategies based on performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist/Strategist with hands-on expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA, etc.)
  • Ability to think strategically and connect SEO efforts to business outcomes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
