SEO Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Architecture

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy and long-term roadmap.

Plan and structure a scalable website architecture (100+ pages over time).

Create keyword strategy and structured URL/page mapping across services, locations, and content clusters.

Define technical SEO requirements and coordinate with developers for proper implementation.

Technical SEO

Oversee site indexing, crawlability, internal linking, schema markup, and performance optimization.

Conduct regular technical audits and resolve SEO issues.

Ensure clean site structure, page hierarchy, and scalable frameworks.

On-Page & Content SEO

Create content briefs and structured guidelines for writers.

Optimize service pages, city pages, landing pages, and blog content.

Monitor keyword rankings and improve content performance.

Off-Page & Local SEO

Manage Google Business Profiles (GMB/GBP) and local SEO campaigns.

Build and supervise off-page SEO strategies including link-building.

Maintain NAP consistency and local citation management.

Team Leadership & Reporting

Coordinate with developers, designers, and content teams.

Set KPIs and track SEO performance using analytics tools.

Provide structured monthly reports and strategic improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of advanced SEO experience.

Proven experience managing large, structured websites (50+ pages or more).

Strong expertise in local SEO and multi-location SEO strategies.

Deep understanding of technical SEO, indexing, schema, and scalable frameworks.

Experience managing Google Business Profiles and local ranking strategies.

Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, etc.).

Strong analytical thinking and structured planning skills.

Ability to lead projects independently and maintain execution standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
