Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in an IT agency, a strong track record of managing international SEO campaigns, and a knack for leading and mentoring a team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and achieve client business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for international clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Oversee on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including content strategy, link building, and schema markup.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an SEO role within an IT or digital marketing agency.
• Demonstrated experience handling and managing international clients.
• Proven team leadership and management skills.
• Proven success in ranking websites and improving organic visibility.
