Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-level SEO strategies across multiple brands and domains.
• Own and manage technical SEO & SearchOps, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript SEO.
• Translate business goals into scalable organic growth roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor and manage SEO specialists, setting standards, processes, and best practices.
• Integrate Generative AI & LLM tools into SEO workflows for research, analysis, and content strategy.
• Oversee SEO performance measurement, including organic impact, conversions, and AI visibility.
• Act as a strategic partner for clients, delivering insights, reporting, and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Content, Paid Media, Creative, Data, and Engineering teams.
• Drive international SEO and multi-market optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and enterprise governance standards.
• Prepare and deliver performance, evaluation, and strategy presentations for brands and senior stakeholders, translating SEO insights into clear business impact and decision-making inputs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of SEO experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise or multi-brand SEO projects.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Python/SQL is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog.
• Experience using Generative AI tools within SEO or content strategy workflows.
• Experience working with agile or sprint-based delivery models and managing SEO workstreams using tools such as Linear, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic insight.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
• Experience with international SEO & multi-market setups.
• Agency background and enterprise client exposure is a strong plus.
