SEO Team Lead

We are hiring a dedicated SEO Team Lead to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on SEO experience and the ability to drive organic growth through effective strategies and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and resolve technical issues (crawl errors, broken links, duplicates)
• Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
• Build and manage quality backlinks to improve domain authority
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO-compliant content and updates
• Analyze competitors and track SEO performance (traffic, rankings, conversions)
• Lead and manage the SEO team, ensuring alignment with overall SEO goals
• Coordinate with Graphic Designers for SEO-aligned visuals and creatives
• Oversee the Data Entry team to ensure accurate and SEO-friendly uploads
• Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and manage company social media when required

Requirements:

• 3 - 4 years of SEO experience with team lead exposure
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite
