Role: SEO Lead
This is a leadership role for someone who understands both the technical and strategic side of SEO and can own it end-to-end.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and execute the overall SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical)
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize website structure, content, and performance
Manage backlinks and authority-building initiatives
Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush
Collaborate with content, dev, and marketing teams for growth alignment
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends

What we’re looking for:

5-7 years of hands-on SEO experience (with leadership exposure)
Strong understanding of technical SEO, site audits, and indexing
Proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic
Experience with SEO tools and data analysis
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects
Clear communication and problem-solving mindset

Work Type: Onsite (Full-Time)
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (Flexible: 12pm - 9pm or 1pm - 10pm)
