SEO Team Lead

Job Summary

Animaker Media is looking for an experienced SEO Technical Expert and Team Lead with 4–5 years of experience in Technical SEO and On-Page SEO. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in website optimization, technical audits, search engine best practices, and team management. The role involves improving organic search performance, leading SEO initiatives, and coordinating with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes
• Optimize website structure, crawlability, indexing, and page speed
• Manage on-page SEO including keywords, meta tags, headings, and internal linking
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, schema markup, redirects, and crawl errors
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams
• Lead and manage junior SEO team members
• Track rankings, traffic, and SEO performance through analytics tools
• Prepare SEO reports and strategy recommendations
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends

Requirements

• 4–5 years of SEO experience
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO and On-Page SEO
• Experience as a team lead or handling SEO teams
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, HTML/CSS basics
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS platforms is a plus

Location: DHA phase-1, G-Block, Lahore.

Timings: 6pm-3am, Night-shift.

Salary: 80,000-90,000PKR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
