Overview

NESL-IT is building a high-performance SEO & Digital Growth division for international projects in industries including:

• Home Services
• MCA (Merchant Cash Advance)
• Medicare / Healthcare

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead who understands SEO beyond rankings and can build complete organic growth systems that generate traffic, authority, and conversions.

This is a leadership role for someone who has real hands-on experience managing SEO operations, content strategies, backlink authority, media buying coordination, landing pages, and conversion-focused campaigns.

About the Role

As the SEO Team Lead, you will lead and manage the complete SEO ecosystem including:

• SEO Strategy
• SEO Content Writing
• Technical SEO
• Off-Page SEO & Backlinking
• Landing Page Optimization
• Digital Marketing Coordination
• Conversion Optimization
• UI/UX & Design Collaboration

You will work closely with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to scale traffic, rankings, and lead generation for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term SEO growth strategies
• Lead and manage the SEO/content team
• Create content strategies aligned with search intent and conversions
• Oversee On-Page, Technical, and Off-Page SEO execution
• Build authority through backlinking and outreach campaigns
• Coordinate with developers for landing page and technical improvements
• Work alongside designers for conversion-focused UI/UX improvements
• Analyze competitors, keywords, and organic growth opportunities
• Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and Search Console for strategy and reporting
• Support media buying and digital marketing initiatives with SEO alignment
• Improve conversion rates and organic lead flow
• Monitor KPIs, rankings, traffic, and conversion performance

Requirements

✔ 6+ years of hands-on SEO & Digital Marketing experience
✔ Strong understanding of:

• SEO Content Strategy
• Technical SEO
• Off-Page SEO & Backlinking
• Digital Marketing
• Conversion Optimization
• Landing Page Optimization

✔ Experience with:

• SEMrush
• Ahrefs
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Keyword Research & SEO Tools

✔ Ability to lead and mentor SEO/content teams
✔ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication
✔ Proven track record of growing websites with measurable results

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

• Home Services SEO
• Medicare / Healthcare SEO
• Lead Generation Businesses
• High-conversion SEO campaigns
• will be strongly preferred.
