About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Leader to manage and guide our SEO team. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, optimizing website performance, and leading a team to achieve organic growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists to achieve departmental goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search performance
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and competitor analysis
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic and SEO performance metrics
• Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to optimize websites
• Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO with at least 1–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus
