Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven SEO Team Leader to lead our SEO and ORM team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, hands-on experience with ORM projects, and proven leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SEO & ORM team to achieve targets
• Plan, execute, and monitor SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO)
• Handle ORM projects and brand reputation management
• Assign tasks, track performance, and provide regular feedback to team members
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in SEO & ORM
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a team leadership role
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
