About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Web Head with 8+ years of experience to lead our digital initiatives and manage web and SEO teams for our US-based projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in service-oriented companies, preferably within the construction or estimation industry, and will bring both technical expertise and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage teams including SEO Content Writers, Link Builders, Analysts, and Guest Posting Executives.
• Oversee Web Developers, Graphic Designers, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing teams.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and traffic for US-based clients.
• Hands-on web development with strong command of development languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent digital brand presence.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSCS degree or higher (Non-CS degrees will not be preferred).
• 8+ years of total experience, with at least 4–5 years in managerial or head-level roles.
• Proven experience in US-based companies, ideally in service-oriented businesses; construction or estimation industry experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multiple digital and technical teams.
• Hands-on expertise in web development and SEO tools.
