SEO+CSR Experienced Professional

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual for the position of SEO & CSR Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide professional support.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and customer follow-ups.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
• Monitor website performance and prepare SEO reports.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience in both SEO and CSR roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO tools and digital marketing.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
