Job Title: SEO/SMO Executive
Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Conduct keyword research and implement data-driven SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images.
- Handle technical SEO issues (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing).
- Build and manage backlinks to improve authority.
- Collaborate with content teams for SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Run competitor analysis and implement growth strategies.
- Manage local SEO (listings, reviews, geo-targeted keywords).
Social Media Management (SMM/SMO)
- Plan and execute content strategy for platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
- Create and schedule posts, reels, videos, and campaigns (festivals, promotions, awareness drives).
- Manage online community — respond to DMs/comments, build engagement.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, audio, and apply them creatively.
- Coordinate with digital marketing, SEO, and product teams for aligned campaigns.
- Track KPIs (engagement, impressions, reach, CTR) and prepare reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Familiarity with website management (WordPress, Shopify) and performance tools (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix).
- Skilled in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Instagram Insights.
- Ability to create reels, edit basic graphics, and maintain consistent branding.
- Strong communication, creativity, and data-driven decision-making skills.
