Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Septic Pump Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will operate specialized septic pumping trucks to service residential clients. Your expertise in truck driving combined with your ability to manage septic system maintenance will ensure efficient, safe, and timely service delivery. Responsibilities

• Safely operate septic pump trucks equipped with tanker and flatbed configurations to perform routine pumping, cleaning, and maintenance of septic systems.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and supplies using flatbed or roll-off trucks as needed for various service jobs.
• Drive route schedules efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations for commercial driving.
• Conduct thorough inspections of trucks and equipment before and after each job to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Assist with the setup of refrigerated trailers or other specialized vehicles when required for specific service needs.
• Load and unload waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations, ensuring proper containment and disposal procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service details, estimated arrival times, and safety protocols during site visits.

Skills

• Proven experience in truck driving, especially with tractor-trailers, dump trucks, or tanker vehicles.
• Familiarity with manual transmission operation for various truck types.
• Ability to operate specialized equipment such as forklifts when necessary for loading or unloading supplies.
• Knowledge of route driving best practices to optimize efficiency while maintaining safety standards.
• Experience working with refrigerated trailers or flatbed trucks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of load & unload procedures for freight and waste materials in compliance with environmental guidelines.
