What You’ll Do As a server, you’ll be the face of AVO TACO! You’ll deliver an exceptional dining experience by:

• Bringing positive energy and a can-do attitude to every shift.
• Welcoming guests with a smile that lights up the room.
• Using your knowledge of our awesome menu to guide guests and upsell.
• Taking accurate orders while maintaining that enthusiastic, friendly vibe.
• Providing quick, attentive service that makes guests feel like VIPs and ensures they’ll keep coming back.
• Keeping the dining room looking fresh and inviting.
• Handling cash and completing cross-training with other store positions.
• Jumping in with a team-first mentality and helping wherever needed.

What You Bring to the Table

• An unstoppable, positive attitude that keeps the energy high!

• Enthusiasm for making every guest’s experience unforgettable.
• Ability to move quickly and multitask with grace.
• Physical ability to lift 12 kg and complete restaurant-related tasks.
• Great judgment, organizational skills, and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.

$17.50 – $25.00 + per hour (including tips)

Base hourly rate meets or exceeds NY tipped minimum wage. Tips are earned in addition and vary by shift, volume, and experience
