Hourly Rate - $13.00 – 17.00

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast; experience with cashiering and cash handling is a plus
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for order accuracy, billing, and cash handling tasks
Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not mandatory
Open availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Reliable Attendance, Punctuality, and Transportation.
