We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive top-notch service while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and bar menu items
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, checking back to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations by addressing any issues or complaints professionally.
• Attend periodic professional development and training sessions

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in upscale dining establishments.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
