Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere will be key to enhancing guest satisfaction in our restaurant environment. 10am to 4pm shifts and 4pm to close shifts are required. If you are not available for these shift, please do not apply for the position. At least 1 year serving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly while ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, floors, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support fellow team members in various tasks as needed to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Skills

• 1 year serving experience is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work some 10am to 4pm shifts, and 4pm to close shifts.
