Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication.
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, guest relations, and fine dining service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: $21.56 - $25.96 per hour
