Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant food service team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that enhances our guests’ dining experience by delivering exceptional customer service, expertly handling food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm, culinary knowledge, and ability to manage multiple tables efficiently will contribute to the lively ambiance of our establishment. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experiences and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food preparation details and wine or beverage pairings
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing activities
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub or fine dining setting
• Clear tables promptly and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub exposure
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management
• Demonstrated ability in upselling, sales techniques, and providing excellent customer service
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen support roles is a plus
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy hours
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting
• Excellent guest relations skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor

Pay: $19.24 - $26.61 per hour
