Server

Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Servers to join our team. As a restaurant that prides itself on delivering an unforgettable dining experience, we want team members who love great food, craft beer, and providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a superb experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with table settings
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are filled and delivered perfectly
• Uphold a positive and professional attitude during busy times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and service orientation
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is a plus
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $100.00 - $200.00 per day
