Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, menu knowledge, and efficient order management. This position requires a passion for the food industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the appropriate systems, such as OpenTable.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our quality standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the cash register.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.

Skills

• Experience in the food industry is preferred, with knowledge of culinary practices being a plus.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation in food service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
