Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and/or server area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and a positive experience.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper accounting of sales.
• Assist with catering events as needed, providing bartending services for private functions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods.
• Uphold food safety standards and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology techniques.
• Familiarity with catering services is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure a safe drinking environment.
• Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
