Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing
• Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments, and providing accurate change
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment
• Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills in fast-paced environments
• Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest experiences
• Background in hospitality or guest services roles such as host/hostess or bartender is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing are essential
