Now Hiring: Server at Dudley's – NYC

Pay: $16.50/hr + Tips

Location: New York, NY

Dudley’s is an iconic neighborhood spot in the heart of NYC — known for its laid-back vibe, delicious food, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for an experienced, upbeat, and professional Server to join our front-of-house team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver warm, attentive service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
• Present menus, answer questions, and confidently recommend food & beverage items
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks with speed, care, and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure seamless service
• Stay informed about specials, allergies, and dietary restrictions
• Maintain a clean and organized station throughout your shift
• Follow opening, closing, and side-work procedures
• Stay sharp, professional, and guest-focused during every shift
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous server experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or café
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality service
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
• Certified in Food Handling and Alcohol Awareness (or willing to complete training)
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule — days, nights, weekends, and holidays
