Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Handle cash, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting in food handling and preparation when needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety, proper food handling, and timely service
• Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize guest flow

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in upselling, sales techniques, and guest relations to enhance the dining experience
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning about food preparation is valued
