<Responsibilities>

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
  • Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating flow and guest experience
  • Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest comfort
  • Support team members in maintaining a smooth operation during busy nights or events such as nightlife or nightclub settings

<Qualifications>

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightlife venues
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable reservation platform
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly
  • Culinary experience or background in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
  • Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest interactions
  • Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
  • Knowledge of food industry standards related to sanitation, food preparation, and guest relations
