Portermill is a L.A.T Crafthouse, developed to recognize and reflect the unique aspects of Des Moines. We are a 100% Iowa Craft House and in partnership with Iowa's Craft Brewers Guild which allows us to offer only the best local beers.

We are looking for positive, hard-working individuals to join our team! Day-to-day will be focused on the traditional tasks related to serving craft food and beverages to guests.

$1,000 Hiring Bonus – $250 after start, $250 after 90 days, and $500 after 6 months

The current shift we are hiring for is 3:30am to 10:30am. Day and evening shifts are also available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $4.35 per hour
