Duties

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed.
• Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and maximize table turnover.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols.
• Previous experience in serving, host/hostess roles, or cashiering is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations.
