Job Overview

We are currently hiring Servers to work at a restaurant located inside a hotel in Palo Alto. This position is ideal for individuals who are professional, attentive, and passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming dining experience
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
• Ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
• Work closely with kitchen and hotel staff
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible availability (weekends and holidays required)
