Server

As a Server at our fast-paced Bar & Grill, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area, all while contributing to a positive and efficient team environment. Must be available nights, weekends and some holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• ustomer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure their satisfaction, offering recommendations and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Order Accuracy and Timeliness: Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and bar, and deliver food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Table Management: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, clear tables promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions, following established procedures.
• Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Other Duties: Will be required to assist with other tasks as needed, such as stocking supplies, setting tables, or helping with cleaning duties. We work as a team.
• Requirements: New hire will be required to have a food handler and Missouri alcohol certificate, which can be acquired just after being hired.
• Must be available nights and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $7.50 per hour
