El Plato Mexican Grill & Cantina is a small family owned restaurant in downtown Lees Summit, MO. Our goal is to have a solid and well built team to provide the best service for our customers.

We're looking for servers that are outgoing, friendly and enjoy talking with people. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player who loves interacting with customers and has previous experience in restaurant environments. We value outgoing personalities and good communication skills in order to help us deliver a high level of customer service.

• Communicate with the kitchen staff and other servers.
• Follow food safety guidelines.
• Handle stressful situations effectively.
• Approach customers in a friendly and timely manner to confirm orders and answer questions.
