Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and seamless coordination with kitchen and bar staff. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems, and seat guests efficiently.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure precise order entry.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met by handling food properly and maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques.
• Experience in serving or host/hostess roles with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
