Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and hospitality, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. This role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting in various kitchen tasks as needed. A background in the food industry or experience in a nightclub setting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as required to support the team.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Promote menu items through effective upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Experience working in the food industry or nightlife environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping guests enjoy their dining experience.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
