Server:

As a server at Mr. Boil you will be the face of our company and play a leading role in providing an unparalleled hospitality experience to our guest. On a daily basis, you will partner with team members to genuinely delight our guests and satisfy our customers' needs.

As a server, you will promote Mr. Boil’s fun and unique social dining experience, describe and recommend our menu items, take orders, ring checks, deliver food and beverages to our guests. You will be responsible for following established guidelines and procedures that ensure the quality of the food and service. In addition, as a team member, you assist the host with seating guests, clearing and setting tables, performing light kitchen prep work, and taking to-go orders. You will also maintain accountability for your service section and working with your front and kitchen team members to provide a dining experience that greatly exceeds our guests’ expectations. Most importantly, we will ensure you have a lot of fun doing so!
