As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, enhancing the dining experience through effective sales techniques.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Adhere to food handling regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.
• Food Handlers Permit
