Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities using OpenTable or other reservation tools
• Clear tables promptly, bussing as needed to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
• Assist with food preparation, setup, and basic kitchen tasks when necessary to support smooth operations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales
• Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment for everyone
• Collaborate with team members to support a lively nightclub or restaurant atmosphere that encourages guest engagement and repeat visits

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable
• Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or food handling will be advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items and enhancing guest experiences through excellent customer service
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude
• Hospitality background with a focus on guest relations and food service excellence is highly valued

Pay: $22.86 - $27.53 per hour
